Since transitioning out of eCommerce, she has served as a Director of Operations and COO, in addition to holding strategic consulting roles for entrepreneurs across industries—including online education, publishing, and professional services.

Lauren offers executive-level advisory grounded in hands-on experience. Her specialties include strategic marketing oversight, operational systems optimization, and AI implementation.
