Serving the online business space since 2004, Heidi has dedicated her career to providing clients with intuitive systems, proven strategies, and operational support that creates ease and growth. Obsessed with puzzles as a kid, she thrives in bringing order to chaos. She has an innate ability to translate visionary ideas into strategic initiatives that yield significant results while steering clear of burnout.

Soon to be Certified as a Director of Operations and boasting two decades of supporting business clients (and leading 2 businesses of her own), Heidi brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Her philosophy centers on creating systems, processes, and work partnerships that elevate the business experience. Heidi believes that our businesses are more than just a means to generate income. They have the power to create a positive impact and change culture for the better. 

A certified Life Coach, Heidi has also trained as a yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Health Counselor, and is known to start meetings with a few minutes of meditation. She values transparency, mental health, and being whole humans in our work. 

An Alaskan at heart, Heidi spends her free time in the mountains hiking and skiing. She’s also an EDM dj and loves inspiring people to move their bodies and enjoy this one precious life.
