As a Certified Director of Operations and EOS® Integrator Masterclass Graduate, Kara’s approach blends clarity with action. She partners with clients to define their vision, audit team performance, and implement the systems necessary to align daily work with long-term goals.
In true Idaho style, Kara snowboards through winter, paddleboards through summer, and occasionally shares Zoom calls with her two mischievous dogs, Cosmo and Binx.
