Pulling from her training as a Certified Director of Operations and an EOS® Integrator Masterclass Graduate, her process includes clarifying the vision, auditing the current team and daily activities, then identifying and implementing the appropriate software and team management to ensure that day-to-day activity is aligned with big-picture priorities.
