Drawing on her training as a Certified Director of Operations and an EOS® Integrator Masterclass Graduate, Kara’s process includes clarifying the vision, auditing the team and daily activities, and then identifying and implementing the right software and management systems to align day-to-day work with big-picture priorities.

In true Idaho style, Kara snowboards through the winter and paddleboards through the summer. Her two furry troublemakers, Cosmo and Binx, occasionally make surprise appearances on Zoom calls—please pardon their squeaks and jingles.
